Quality Policy

We strive to provide our customers with quality products along with exemplary services which meet/exceed the customer expectations.

In order to adhere to this principle, we have developed/maintained following systems and internal procedures/standards for our business:-

  • Quality Policy of SWIFT forms the base for the manufacture of goods of consistent quality and provide customer satisfaction. This is achieved through strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, and Quality Control and Quality Assurance Processes.
  • Quality function ensures that goods are manufactured as per laid down procedures, adequately tested for its quality and reviewed to provide consistency in every batch.
  • It ensures strict adherence to procedures through periodic checking and In Process Quality Control.

In order to adhere to the Quality Policy, we have developed/maintained following systems and internal procedures/standards for our business:-

  • Periodic Training on Local statutory authorities and guidelines
  • Periodic Training & Evaluation on Standard Operating Procedures
  • Training and development charter of our employees
  • Regular Monitoring of all internal procedures
  • Regular monitoring and implementation of customer feedback
  • Selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria
  • Management reviews of audit results

All internal procedures constitute a Quality Manual which is made available to all employees. All employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work to ensure that Quality is embedded within all measures adopted by the company.
